BIAB stands for Builder in a Bottle. It is a soak-off builder gel that is thicker than standard gel polish but applied with a brush in the same way. That extra thickness lets it build a protective, slightly flexible layer over your natural nail — adding strength without the rigidity (or the damage) of acrylic.
Why BIAB beats acrylic and standard gel
