These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the nail services provided by Gels By Liz (“we”, “us”, “our”) as a mobile service, brought to your home across Caterham and the surrounding Surrey areas. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by message. Your booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us. Please ensure someone is available at the booking address and that a suitable, well-lit space is available for your appointment.

Payment

Prices are listed on our Services page and start from the amounts shown. Final pricing depends on the service and design chosen. Payment is taken on-site or arranged via phone after booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another client. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future bookings.

Health & Safety

Please let us know in advance of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical issues that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to decline a service where it may not be safe to proceed.

Liability

We take great care to deliver safe, high-quality results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any reaction or damage resulting from undisclosed health conditions or from failure to follow aftercare advice.
